[Resolved]  Woodland — color fade after using for 2 days only..new purchase

dear sir i have purchased one woodland shoe from kolkata shoroom near hotel oberoi esplanade ...on 08.5 2014. model number GC/ 1177112W1 size 41..color..brown..at the cost of Rs 3295/ At the time of purchase i was told the color is water resistant..insidantly..after using for one day..i went to the show room and complain that the color of the shoe has faded while i was removing a mud spot..with a soft cloth..but the owrer of the shop received the shoe on 13.5.2014 and returned the same shoe without doing any action / replacement of the shoe..neither he told the reasons for such an action on his part... i am a regular customer of woodland compay..and also advice to others to purchase woodland shoes..being very good quality shoes but if this is the attitude of company..it is a matter of regret.i would there for request you to take appropriate action against the company..my name..Arijit chowdhury mobile no..[protected]
