Woodland — Didn't Received the Refund of the Returned Product

On 11th August, I returned the item "FWR MEN SHOE OGCC 3466119NW, DNAVY, 43" due to the size issue.
It was showing "Returned" in delhivery site.
It's been two week but I haven't received my refund of that order.
I am continuously dropping them a mail for refund status but I haven't received any response of them.
Could you please help me to get refund,
