Woodland — Footwear order

Refer to my order number 3094919 dated 16th Aug .I paid an amount of INR 2397 for which i got payment confirmation but nothing on the order details. I immediately emailed to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com seeking confirmation but they expressed their inabilty citing technical issues. I waited and cancelled my order the next day but havent heard anything about the refund also . I cant remain in uncertainty about my order and money. A company of woodland's repute should have addressed their technical issues knowing people will place order online to avail good discounts and access convenience.
