Woodland — For refund my amount

I had chosen one pair of heel sandal from woodland site on 17/06/2023. Order id or-3051982. They delivered wrong size of footwear. And for that a reverse pick-up request were sought with awb[protected] and they already received the item on 10/7/2023.
But till now they did not return my amount.
