I have purchased an woodland slipper on this march 2016 on bangalore shopper stop mall. And i missed that bill. Now my slipper is damaged with some cracks.. Now i have to give my slipper in woodland showroom for service.. Bill is necessary or not... Already i have given for service on last month and they are asking the bill..
