I have complaint many time through email wef 12 may 23 and Delivery boy pickup the wrong size shoes on 24Jun almost 1 and half months. Coustomer care help line not attending the Phone call. Take 30 min to 45min for attending the call. Maximum time call is not attending. Then how can I speak with you for my complain. I have already talk with your customer help No. He told me to fwd the details of my account. But not any types of confirmation or any types of action is carried out from your side. Pl do the needful action because I am Indian Army Shoulder and during this time posted in Arunachal Pradesh Chine border areas. Network issue in this area and I am anable to contact you. So pl take necessary action.
