Woodland — I want to exchange shoes

I have ordered excursion DNAVY shoes from your official website with the name vijay kumar ramchandani registered email id [protected]@gmail.com. My shoes got delievered on 3rd june 2022 order ID - OR[protected] Size - 44). After trying i need size 43 but website still showing that product has not been delivered so i cant raise a exchange or return request from your website. I want exchange of this same article and color with a lower size.

Kindly process the same as soon as possible.
