Woodland — No Clarity about online order status 241279

My online order # is 241279 and still is in process as ordered on 10-Sep-2016. I am not able to get the exact status and additional details on my email ID about my order. Further I tried to contact on customer care number but unable to reach. At the time when I ordered, Got a SMS on my number mentioning refer email ID for additional details, but till date have not received any of the email from company as of now.
