Woodland — Not providing a good product

I just bought a brown formal shoe from the woodland store which is mentioned below.

My shoe needs to be serviced so i gave it for the service at the woodland store in adyar.
Now they tell us that the shoe cannot be serviced nor replaced.
they said "you need to take back your shoe"
