I have orderderd one sendal on sept 9 and i did online payment of 4295 but because of size placed mistakenly I cancelled on same day . Today is sept 13, till today I have not received my refund amount.

I called customer care multiple times calls were busy for long no customer representative responded. Very worst customer service of such a renowed brand I have come across.

Please try to fix the issues . And refund my amount.
