Woodland — Order not verified

I've ordered my woodland creek camel boot from woodlandworldwide.com on 18.06.22 and payment is also done through ccavenue but till now my order is still not verified. Is the official website of woodland a fraud or what. I have sent emails and tried called the customer care and there were no responses. I want to know the status of my order. Please help me with this.
