[Resolved]  Woodland — Order Undelivered - But Refund not received

Hi Woodland,

My order for pair of shows is undelivered by DTDC(Reason: Area non serviceable(DIR)) . But My purchase amount is not refunded for the same. It is around 15 days ago when I ordered a pair of shows from woodland online website. My Order No is as given below -
Order No- OR-2398779

But delivery of same is stopped as courier partner DTDC is not willing to deliver the same my address and stopped the order as marking area non serviceable. From then I am looking for my refund.

Woodland rescheduled the delivery. I got my pair of shoes, but I collected it from the courier office my self. they haven't delivered it doorstep.
Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
