Woodland — Peeling of leather from one side of my 3 day used shoe

I had purchased leather shoe article no. L231110a 43 size brown colour from aero club(Woodland) ugf shop no. 14, 15, 16 western mall, ludhiana at rupee 7995 cash memo 4209 on 29.02.16 within 3 days shoe was open from one side and same day i told the store manager o[censored]pper given address and he promised me that the shoe will be 99%replaced in 15 days and now he is giving me that shoe saying that sry sir we could just repair them ...I hadnt accepted the same ...So hope this complaint will help me in some how...
