Woodland — Poor management and return policies

First of all, i ordered a pair of shoes on 12th of jan which showed to be delivered on 20th of january which actually wasn't received by me. They actually lost my package. I tried to call and mail woodland people but to no vain. There was no answer from the other side and no response as well. This was a prepaid package so i was extremely worried hence, i took it in my hands and called the dtdc staff and figured out my package. Finally on 23rd of jan i received my package but now when i open it is too lose to fit and also uncomfortable on the feet. I now want to return the shoes and i am trying to call woodland people which no one answers and have also emailed them multiple times which is also getting no response. I am extremely exhausted of chasing them just to return a pair of shoes for genuine reasons of return. Kindly help me return them and get a refund as soon as possible. This is the first time i have been scammed as i always prefer to buy from a trusted website and never had such worst experience. I would rather advice people if you want to buy woodland shoes get it from tata click or ajio who keeps it's customers on the forefront. I would be really glad if you could help me out with this and get me this pair returned and refunded sooner.
