I purchased a leather shoe from woodland website on December 16, 2021. Upon receipt, when I wore it, it’s sole melted completely within 15 minutes. I contacted woodland through email and they asked me to deposit the shoe along with invoice at a nearest woodland store, which I did. It’s been almost 2 months and I have not heard anything from them. I visited store once and they told me to wait further. I am attaching the condition of the shoe and invoice for your reference.
