Woodland — Received used product, woodland is not initiating return

Regarding Woodland OR-2380717

I received used product from the company highly disappointed. This was never expected from a brand.
I quickly within minutes, requested to initiate the return and provided pictures and invoice copy. Despite this no meaningful response from woodland. Its been more than 12 days now but I am still struggling for a proper response.
I am feeling cheated, buying the product online.
I bought the shoes as I have to travel out of INDIA. But woodland pushed me in great trouble. And money is stucked with this worst experienced online shopping.
I am unable to buy the shoes from somewhere else as money is with woodland.

Worst experience. I will never ever buy product from woodland.
