Woodland — Regarding Shoe. purchased - bad quality

I am a regular buyer of woodland shoes from the last couple of years n have purchased around 5-6 shoes in past. I was always much satisfied with the ease, comfort n look. I hv recommended laypeople in the group for its purchase. But sorry to say that the shoe which I purchased recently, makes me highly dissatisfied- earlier with its noise n now with the quality which makes it a complete rough n very bad look.
