Woodland — Return related

I had ordered a Shoe, 'Navy casual sneaker (FGC0260T0652A011)' and received it on 6th May 2022, but due to a fitting issue (small in size), I had launched a request through mail on 6th May 2022 to return this product, but they have not arranged a reverse pic-up process yet.
Customer care has not responded to my calls or any mode of communication.
