dear sir, i had bought an woodland shoe from your store last year.the shoes were promised to serve their purpose for atleast 3 years.But unfortunately i found them of very bad quality, the leather which you said on the boot are tearing off like a paper.I attach here few images of its present condition and an invoice of my purchase.Being a brand well known in maintaining quality, i hope you can provide me a solution to this problem ...
