Woodland — Shoes change after polish and Bad and Rude behavior of sales executive.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased woodland shoes, bill Invoice no.202209D084C00802, on 7th of June 2022 from Ansal Plaza, Kamma 1, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012, After 3 days when I polished the shoes with woodland polish, its color changed, when I took shoes to the outlet, they misbehaved there. They said that we will not change this. It is your fault, we will not do this, are you not educated.
Today I went again and asked to send shoes back to the company.. After a heated argument they did so.
Sir I think they will not send shoes to the company. Sir my experience as a customer was very bad.
Please either get my shoes replaced or get them fixed and send to me. I don't want to go back to that outlet in Ansal Plaza.
