Hi Team,
We have purchased the shoes from M/s Aero Club, CS 23A, DLF City Centre Mall, Ph II .M.G. Road Gurgaon-122001 store on 18/8/13. After some days stitching started worn out. When we contacted the store they asked to keep the shoes with them and get them repaired.
I have given them shoes on 01/12/13 date. and was asked to collect it on 15/12/13 date. After that I had talk with them on dated 10/12/13 that it has been repaired and I can collect my shoes. I went there twice after their call but both time I was told that the call was mistakenly and my shoes are still not repaired. This is causing me inconvenience since travelling to store is a far away from my location.
I want to draw your attention towards this that since this is bring a negative image of your company. I am your privileged member since last 7 years and always appreciate your service. I am very much depressed this time WITH SHOES QUALITY & WORST RESPONSE FROM WOODLAND STORE TEAM. Requesting you to take an immediate action in this and get me a new pair of shoes.
In addition, Till date no revert response I got from Store side.
