Woodland — Shoes size issue and quality - Request for return

I recieved my order OR 3163173 today but unfortunately the quality of the item is very poor and the size is very big though i ordered the correct size as per my other brands.

I tried e-mailing to Woodland support team and tried several times via customer care number, but no response.

I would like to return the item asap and request you to please process my refund to initial payment mode
