Woodland — Woodland Shoes Repair

Hello Woodland India Team,
I have a bad experience with Woodland and I swear not to recommend this brand to anyone. I have purchased a pair of shoes (Article No - [Protected] / Invoice No[protected] worth Rs. 3890 Chandra Sen Singh from Jhansi Sadar Bazar on 27/02/2021.

Only after 7-8 wears does its sole completely fall apart due to a manufacturing defect. I complained about this to the shop attendants and they told me that it would be taken care of, after 30 days I took the shoes back with just sticking and a hollow assurance that it would never go bad again. is this a joke???
But on[protected], when Woodland reached the showroom to get the shoe, it was told that your shoe has come back and it has not been repaired.
I spent money on Woodland brand just because the shoes are longer lasting and better. But we have been cheated.
Please close your shops if you are providing us such pathetic quality.
