Woodland — Wrong order received. Different colour and old cracked

I have placed an order (OR[protected]
Woodland RUST BROWN sneakers through www.woodlandworldwide.com on 14th May 2022. I have received an old white shoe with cracked skin on 16th May 2022. I have reached out to woodland customer care by email([protected]@woodlandworldwide.com, [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com), customer care number[protected] and on twitter. They gave generic responses first and now are completely ignoring me. The issue is still not resolved as of 6th June 2022 and have been very patient with them.
