Woodland — Wrong product tracking and no refund amount

Ordered the product with order Id 2486205 and I mailed them about the return of the product as it was damaged. Also still in the website the tracking is shown wrong. The customer care number no one picking up I had made around 40 calls and 25 mails to them for the return and they picked up the product. Finally after 3 weeks the Courrier service came and picked the product. The item was bought on cash on delivery so when I asked the Courrier service about the money they have no idea about it. They are not a part of woodland as they are another private service. Then I started to mail the wood land. Time now I had made around many mails regarding the money refund or any updates about the returned tracking. No one is picking up the calls too. I spend 2230/- for the shoes I bought from them. I’m feeling so disappointed. Still in the tracking it’s showing wrong tracking details.
