Wow Momo Foods Pvt Ltd — 18% GST charged on food as tax

I have recently purchased momo from wow momo outlet in Phoenix market city mall, Whitefield, Bangalore and they are charging 18% GST as tax on top of food in the name of centralized kitchen at mall.

At the same time, no other outlet in the same food court is not charging this much tax(5% as per govt guidelines).

Please take necessary steps to this cheaters.
