Wow Momo Foods Pvt Ltd — Non refund of money

Visited Wow Momo foods pvt ltd, Mumbai airport on 28th oct2021 and ordered veggie rice in hot garlic sauce and 7 up.( bill no. MUM[protected], customer no. [protected]). Paid for the same through my credit card. My bank statement showed money deducted but the lady at the counter Ms. Kamla Reddy stated that they did not get the money in their account. So I paid cash again on the understanding that if the money comes to their account then they will refund through phonepay. Ms. Kamla gave her number also on the bill. But from next day onwards she is not picking up the phone nor my money has been refunded. Request to check on this matter please.

The exact same thing happened to me at the RMZ Galleria mall outlet in Yelahanka, Bangalore. Their card system was not working, so did a Google pay. The amount got debited from my account, but did not reach them. The cashier said "We don't care if it got debited from your account" and showed us his monitor and all. Eventually paid cash, Eventually Google payment was processed. Now they say I am just "thinking" I paid the cash and refuse to refund the money.
