www.CraftsVilla.com — Return of Order #[protected] from 'www.craftsvilla.com' but till now have not received any responce from them.

Have order a lehanga from 'www.craftsvilla.com', The Product was not as per the image displayed on the site.The duppatta color is completely different (its black in image but i received a green one) and material is also very bad.in the product details they have mentioned its weight 2KG but the prduct which i received weight exactly 0.5 KG.I am very much disappointed after receiving the product so immediately i decided to return this product and get my money refunded to my Bank account.They have charge Rs.4999/-. so i dropped a mail to '[protected]@craftsvilla.com' requesting return of the product .its almost a day over i have not got any response from craftvilla. Please some one help me in getting my money back. I have received the product on 6th july, 2015 and on the same daY(6th July, 2015) requested to [protected]@craftsvilla.com' to return the Product, but till today i have not received any responce from the Craftvillas team.
