[Resolved] www.Freecharge.in — Order id : fcvw[protected] is showing pending past 4 hrs | |||||
Please be inform i have contacted to [protected]@freecharge.in but no buddy is responding to my email, I have recharge of Rs.251 at 1:08PM 03/22/16, and its almost 4 hrs over and still showing Your transaction in pending state. I have check with service provider and confirm that recharge have been failed but Freechare is not refunding the amount of recharge. They have told wait for 4 hrs to get auto-refund amount i have waited their word of mouth its seen not promised as they convey to customers. This is complain regarding how freecharge is doing business and make trouble to customer, I am sincerely request all customer don't recharge from freecharge. Was this information helpful? | |||||
