www.greendust.com — Nokia 1100 - customer support was not responding on my complaint.

I have purchase nokia 1100 from greendust.com details as below :
Date of purchase : wednesday 13 april, 2016
Order number : 22538762
Complaint date : mon[protected]:06

I received a damage piece, so immediately i talk with customer support at that time they told me to send a mail at [protected]@greendust.com, so i send a mail to customer support with photograph but till date i didn't received any mail communication or call from greendust customer support. After some days i call to customer support and the lady told me she will call back me but i didn't received any call.

The most worst customer support / services which i ever seen. I suggest not to deal with greendust anymore.
