Product not shipped after payment This is with regard to www.zotezo.com online shopping website. I placed an order (order number #[protected] on 24-Nov-2015. Payment was through HDFC Bank Credit Card and money was debited immediately. They confirmed (via SMS and email) the order has been received and will be dispatched in next 48 hours. After that on 1st Dec 2015 is locked a ticket on the site and they closed the ticket replying that the same will be delivered within this week and they will share the shipping details. But till date the product is not delivered and I didn't got any updates regarding shipping. Please help me out in getting this resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
