Me and my friends were traveling to Goa and I booked a Vila using site booking.com I got email confirmation also when i booked it. I do have that mail confirmation. I did call before one week to the contact number which provided in booking confirmation. But when i reached there that guys refused to stay there and refuse that his property is not listed on booking.com
After he saw booking confirmation he was like right now Vila is booked and he can only do is suggest another rooms and property.
Because of all these thing we have spend searching rooms for half day after arriving. And also we have to pay the amount more that we were budget.
