We have booked 4 (Four) tickets from your site on 21st Sept. We have to travel on 22nd Sept., 2015 from Pune to Ahmedabad Patel A/C Multi Axis Sleeper ; Reporting time 6.35 PM at Wakhade Wadi. TIN : THAJ63258566 ; PNR 33695482. On[protected], at about 3.00 P.M., there was a call from Patel Travels, Pune (mobile no. [protected]) that the particular Volvo bus is cancelled. You have to cancel that booked tickets and re-book for another bus. Immediately I called to inquire about this call to your Pune office[protected]. The operator said that he will inform me within one hour. But there was no response after two hours. constantly I have called to your helpline no.[protected], but there was not any satisfactory answer...they were not sure about cancellation of the Patel Travel Bus and intimate in short time. At 6.30 Mr. Gyaneshwar form Pune Helpline said me that still the intimation of cancellation of Patel Travel Bus is received but I may travel by another bus and he has informed this matter to Higher authority...my booked amount Rs.4908/- will be repaid surely. After that very inconveniently we have traveled from Pune to Ahmedabad and at noon time on 22nd September, 2015 on my mobile phone [protected], I received SMS about feedback for the journey which was not made in reality. I am frequently book ticket from your site but this experience is very much bed..shocking...not expected.
