Greetings of the day!
This is inform that I bought one redmi note 10 from Amazon Aqua green 6gb/128 GB in 15000 rs approx on 09/06/2021
Since the day I bought it, it was working fine and after few months its start hang and call got paused in the middle of the call .so I always clean my phone with cleaner app and it start working again proper.
But one day when I was speaking to someone on phone the phone has 45% battery, phone got blank and never start .than I visit to suci solution nehru place on 28/02/2022 the check the phone and said mainboard got failed and its needs to be replaced and than send me job sheet and change the phone mainboard and imei number.. and ask me not to update phone .I said okay
And again I start using the phone again take the back up again and install all my applications and start using again and suddenly after 3-4 days the phone again suddenly off again on 3/3/22 and did not turn up..I went again to suci solution and met jasleen again, and ask them to change the mainboard not to repair it or put old mainboard they assure me that it will never happen again..as it's some technical problem. They repaired and I have again spend 3-4 hours and than took the handset home..and I also request them to change the handset rather than change the mainboard again and again..
They said now there will be no issue again.
I start using again did all the things again and again after 1.5 month the phone suddenly blank on 16 may 2022 when I was on call ..
Than I again I have visited their on my very busy day .I have spend more than 2000 rs only on travel just to repair my phone 4 -5 times visited ..
I have spoken to jasleen why its happening again and again ..today it's in warranty so u r doing it free for 3 times when it will become out of warranty than what I will do .they said this will happend for the last time even we are also surprised why its happening. I ask them to replace my handset to new ..as they already change my imei number and mainboard three times ..
They assure me and said this will not happen again for sure .that repair person come outside from service center and jasleen also assured me dont worry.
I told them I am working ..my Phone has some important applications which needs to on everytime and important for my work.i have to waste my time and money also.. than they took the set with them for three days and they call me on 19 may to pick the set as the phone is okay now...than on 4th day I visited there again and bring that set again and start using again now 15 September 2022 after using that 3 months the same problem happens again .
Than spoke to mi customers care first same about this case and they have ask me to visit the suci solution and make fresh service record sheet and keep that open for 24 working hours and they will help me to do repair that set from service center and they will talk internally and try to resolve my issue and again for the 5th time I went to suci solution and meet jasleen and handover the set her and said it's off again..what should I do now .
The warranty finish and told them that u guys assured many times that it will not damaged again..now what should I do ..my 15000(price phone)+2000 rs approx travel expenses to suci solution for 5-6 times round fare spend by me wasted..
She took the handset from me and took it inside the room where they repairs. She came after one hour with the set and said mam same problem again u have to pay 118 rs and 10000 rs i[censored] want to on this phone otherwise we will not do anything.
I told her why its happend again u guys assured me thrice that it not happend again ..I am not gonna pay any single penny to mi service
And I want my set needs to be repaired or need to exchange the handset .
If they told me this things in the beginning only (first time)to repair and sell the handset .so I am not able to work properly since 10 days approx my phone is not working my work is hampering. Who will be responsible for this..
If my set did not repaired free of cost by next week I am gonna complaint to consumer court and next email will be cc to them only..
Its height of having patience and they all playing with me like hell.
I need a resolution on urgent basis
