Xiaomi India — After more than 15 days customer service not update product status

I have purchased a MI4 mobile from flipkart but with in 7 days its display its powerless, after exchanged of new one(sr.no.[protected]) same is happened within 33 days & I handover the cell to customer care on 31.08.2015 for short out the problem against work order no BAR/XM/15/01396.but till date when I have called to them, I am getting replay that will update you within 7 days. But today(14.09.2015) I got reply that they will be updated to me after 2 month. So I have a question that almost 3 month one person live with out cell phone. Customers buy for using not for suffering.
