Xiaomi India — automatically reject my order | |||||
Unfortunately i have placed order redmi note 5 pro black 4gb+64gb (Order id - [protected]) on 13th-april-2018... And it shipped on 25th apr-2018.. And i already paid for this order through my credit card... It comes through ekart - logistics and today i tracked my order in ekart website it shows as "marked rto: order_reject"... Even they don't inform me and returned my order... I have tried since last 2 months for booking this smartphone and after sucessfully i booked this phone what i see now it's get rejected... And now 1000rs/- also increased of this smartphone... Please take necessary action against my issue...
