I have purchased a Mi4i Device a year back, after a year I faced an issue with the battery, its start draining too fast, specially while using internet, phone got switched off within few seconds.

Phone:[protected]". And they told me that the issue is with the battery, And I need to purchase a new battery. So I asked to do so to change the battery. they told me that "currently we don't have stock". So, I have to order it, which will take at least 10-15 days. I did the same. but they didn't submit any job sheet for that.
After 15 days when I called them they said that it still not reached yet. it will reach in next few days, and they will call me and inform me when it will reach. and they used to told me same for few days. even in last week on Thursday(22/09/2016) they told me that battery might reach by that Saturday (24/09/2016), and they will call me and inform me about it. and later on I As I didn't receive any call from them, so, I called them today, and asked when will I get the Battery. Surprisingly they told me that their Company policy has been changed a month back. that to get a Accessories for a phone I need to submit the phone and getting a job sheet is must. and it will again take another 10-15 days( which will definitely become 1-2month for sure). And they didn't even bother to tell me that earlier and not even told me on call while I used to call them to ask the status. Every time they just fooled me by telling that it will reach soon. now after a month they are telling this Was this information helpful? |
