Xiaomi India — Complaint about refund for smartphone order cancelled by Xiaomi India

On 10 April I had ordered Redmi note 12 pro with exchange offer from mi.com/in worth 24999/- which was out of delivery on 11 April.
Due to some minor dents on the back side of the phone, delivery person rejected to exchange and asked for exchange amount to deliver the order.
I told him that I won't pay exchange amount, please take back your order and refund.
On the same day it was showing that it has been returned to the warehouse on shippers request.
Till now it has been more than 10 days and there is no update of refund in order tracking. I contacted to customer care and they told me wait of next 10 days till 22 April and again they are telling to wait for next 10 days. I want them to refund my hard earned money back.
