I have ordered Mi air buds 3 lite, but received a defective product on 12 May, 2023. I have requested to get it exchanged from the service center. They did not replaces after even after 17 days. After 17 days they told me to get it replaced from other service since their service centerb is going to close. Now on 30Nov, 2023 I have deposited this with other service center. Now its 9 days and still did not received my replaced product.
Complain is registered with mobile number-[protected] in the name of Tabasumbir Singh.
I am very much disappointed with the services because its been 1 month and I have not received the replaced product yet. Was this information helpful? |
