I had purchased Mi4i xiaomi mobile on 30-Apr-2015 through flipkart which got delivered on 04-may-2015. After using it for 15-20 days, the display of the mobile is damaged just keeping it in hand bag. Cell phone has non other scratches or damage on its body except the display. The product is still in warranty. Now how can a brand new phone get damaged just keeping in a bag???
I took the product to Mi service centre for repair or replacment, but they are asking me to pay Rs. 5500/- for repair when it is already in warranty, than why should i pay this amount?? Its the product which is defective and mistake at your end.
The product which i received is surely a defective one otherwise cell phones do not get damaged easily. Flipkart is also not co-operating as they say u have crossed 30day policy, so u have to pay to the service centre.
This is pure mis-guiding the customers from Xiaomi & Flipkart by giving them defective products and then later on asking them to pay a hefty amount on after sales service. This pure looting the customers like us.
I want a replacement for my product at the earliest or repair without any cost. Was this information helpful? |
