Xiaomi India — Didn;t receive the product

Dear team, I ordered the product on 4th of November.After providing me a commitment date of 16 November they failed to deliver the product to me.Still they are not able to convincing me regarding the matter.When will i get my product? They are not taking the matter seriously.I am little bit worry because i have pay out all the money . kindly help me to resove the issue. thank you,
