I bought a Xiaomi redmi note 3g mobile phone from Flipkart in Nov-14. in which i received a faulty mobile charger. For which I logged a complaint to Xiaomi customer care for replacing of the faulty accessories with complaint No-[protected]. but till date they have not provided the same and every time they say that the product is not available and when it be available they will provide. It has gone almost 3 months but they is no solution and I have no use of my mobile phone without the charger. Request you to please do the needful and help me in the case.
