Xiaomi India — Pathetic after sales service | |||
I bought a redmi note 3 from flipkart in june' 2016. About 3 weeks ago, the headphone icon would not disappear even when headphone is not plugged in. As a result, i had to either plug in the headphone or take calls on loudspeaker. You can imagine it is a great deal of hassle. I submitted the phone in redmi service center in kamla nagar on 29/09/2016. I was told it could take up to 10-12 days as they will need to replace the mother board. I asked them for a back up phone but they said it is not redmi's policy. I went there today on 10/10/2016 and have been told by mr. Mohit sharma that they don't have the supply for redmi note 3 and they have no idea how long it may take. And they still cannot provide me with a back up phone either. I was happy using the phone as it worked really smoothly. But this kind of service is unacceptable. I am planning to approach consumer court if the issue is not resolved in 1 week from now.
