Xiaomi India — Inconvenience of service | |||||
Sir i had purchased redmi note 3 mobile phone from flipcart after that it's was not charging my phone i went to the service centre of mi on 29 august and gave them for replacement they told that your charger will come with in 15 days but after 15 my charger does not come i have called them many times to confirm but the they they deny every time. Then i have call them on 25 of september they told me that charger has come you can carry it, i went today to them and they deny to give charger and said that your will be given by tommorow. Sir i become very irritated because i have no so much time my home is 30 km far away from service centre, even they talked me rudely i m very unhappy that. When i come from my farm after complet my work... and go to home as soon as my mobile phone is droped from my pocket and my phone sufferd from physical damages... so i want to replace my phone and i claim for that...

Hello I am buy redmi 3s on 16august on mi.com and delivered on 19 august but it is defective product. I am request for replacement on my product now a 1 month 22 September not pick my mobile to replacement and I called in customer of mi.com he always say that please wait my team is pick your product quickly I complain mi.com site please ans on it.
