Dear Team, Product support was raised well within the warranty period and the response is unacceptable. 1st complaint was raised on[protected] and technician visited on[protected] and confirmed display issue. There is no physical damage visible. However, he pinched in multiple places of TV and took zoomed in photos. He told me that it is physically damaged and will not be covered under warranty. Complaint got cancelled without conveying the customer. Had enclosed the TV image with this complaint, and you can be able to judge the reality. Raised the complaint again on[protected] and again complaint got cancelled without conveying the customer. Not getting proper response when approached local service center manager and customer care despite multiple follow-ups. Even the address of the service center is not shared by kirubakaran (manager). Need your support to direct the respective parties to act promptly to resolve the product issue at the earliest.
P.S : Product purchased through amazon. However, fault repair service is not provided properly by Xiaomi service center. Was this information helpful? |
