I purchased my Redmi 3S prime in 9th December 2016 and the product was useless. I used it for only 1 month and after that the mobile switched off and not restarting. When i reached to Mi customer care the people asking Rs 7000 to repair the product. Why should i pay such huge amount with my fault, i need my device in good working condition.I am really disappointed with my product, TVS Electronics Limited and Mi customer care service team. Its hurting me alot, please guys don't go for Mi Products which making people dis-pointed. I have decided i am never gonna suggest this brand to any one and this is last product with Mi.
