I am using MI TV since January 2022. In the month of November 2022 lines are visible on TV screen. Then I have given complaint about this to customer care on dt.12.11.2022 (Token No.M5261338). Next day service engineer had checked TV and told TV panel has damaged. Then service center person inform me panel will come within 10 days.Then after 10days, they reply panel will come within 7days. Every time when I asked about panel, they replied panel will come. On dt.03.12.2022 when I asked to service center, they replied panel is despatching. Again I have given complaint to customer care for this (Reference number: WOIN[protected]) they also replied by 15.12.2022 problem will resolve. It has already more than 30days over, but still my problem has not resolved. My TV is under warranty.
I have given reminder so many time to Xiaomi.
First time on dt. 06.12.2022 they replied:

Till date they have not called to me. Regularly I call to them. Same reply given to me i.e. it is in process.Please wait upto 15.12.2022.
