This is regarding my MI3 phone which purchase on[protected]. The handset is under warranty.
From last month I was facing issue of touch screen getting started black shaded when battery remain to 70% onwards.
I submitted the phone to PUNE Authorized service center on[protected] as it is under warranty at PC Support service center.(work order number AQP/XM/14/00389)
Till the date I called up to service center many times finally they commit me to provide me phone by[protected].
When I called them they inform that they don't have spares available as not provided by Company. Also they inform that lot of phone pending from last couple of months due to spare not available from company.
I log compliant on company hotline complaint no 3473 on dated 9th March.
on 17th March I received a new work order number from service center i.e. W.O.496
I called below Xiomi Center for support, nither the phone nor emails were addressed
