Xiaomi India — My replacement process is not handling properly | |||||
I have received my redmi 3s on 17 sep 2016 but unfortunately the phone was defected . I registered the request for replacement on the next day. But still after 10 days the phone was not picked up from me rather it would take another 10 days for replacement . In customer care also they are not helping me in anyway regarding how much time i have to wait for the pick up. And also they are not making aware of the delay.
