Xiaomi India — Not solve issue of because of poor service by xiaomi company | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am customer of xiaomi mi4i smart phone, like to inform you that, I have a xiaomi mi4i smart phone and using since last 1 years, initially Smart phone was placed in your authorized service center but since last more than 2 months I’m facing problem in poor service and after no buddy give me smart phone after expected date 31st June 2016 till today. On 16th may 2016 I made complaint regarding sensor problem and network issue but nobody has called up and any authorized person no buddy call me regarding my issue. I himself reached to Authorized Service centre and (executive department) but no one ready to sort and resolve my problem. For repairing the authorized service doesn’t have Spare parts and engineer to repair and not replaces my device, They asked for authorized person mail for replacement under warranty period. Whole the day got wasted to get Device. I called up since 1st June to till today but not a single concerned person responded in working hours. I called up authorized service center at Vadodara on [protected] and personally visited too, he also helpless to give proper solution, its shows DISGUTING service by authorized xiaomi service center department and whole xiaomi online call center and chat support too. What the use of buying xiaomi mi4i since nobody ready to give and entertain to customer. Actually problem is that there is no link between xiaomi company of India and Authorized service centre at Vadodara because of which we customer face problem and wasting time to put leave from office and run behind such a authorized service center and xiaomi call center . This shows FOOL and CHEATING with customer, and no buddy helping us regarding device problem Finally I’m sending Registered AD to xiaomi authorized service center at Vadodara and xiaomi smart phone company main branch office main branch office at Bangalore, Forcefully I have to Buy another company smart phone to do my work in place since I’m very much disturbed by xiaomi India smart phone company in my routine work and passed by mentally harassment by company and authorized service center too. Request to xiaomi India to REFUND my xiaomi mi4i device money back since company failed to provide Prompt and proper services. Request to all concerned Authorities to take necessary strict action against such big reputed companies those are Cheating with consumer/customers and earning money. Hope to have favorable response from consumer forum/Police and xiaomi India.
